Before contacting Natahsa, we’d tried 2 different estate agents, both seemed fine, but after the initial flurry of interest and viewings, if nothing progressed, we felt forgotten. It was hard to get hold of the agents, regularly leaving voicemails with no reply and we didn’t receive feedback after viewings unless we chased for it.
